I downloaded from Oracle website the following file:
CollectionDevelopmentPolicy-revised2012.zip
Is this the correct download file?
I unzipped the file and ran install.bat file as instructed in the readme file.
I tried to add the reference to my website in the bin folder. But nothing heppened after adding (I don't see anything added to bin folder).
