I have stored the date in a varchar field like 12/2012 , 3/2012 , 8/2012
Now I need to show that in this format Dec-2012 , Mar-2012 , Aug-2012
Note: I should not change my column datatype from varchar to datetime format. so pls suggest me for this scenario.
