We are currently using .NetFramework 4.0, and our web site is not performing well after upgrading the browser version to IE 11. None of the Sub Menus in the application are working, If I debug using developer tools in IE 11, it displays Error "WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions is undefined", "WebForm_GetElementByTagName" is undefined. This is happening only from IE 11. I have read some articles online, and figured that ASP.NET does not recognize/identify IE 11 browser, and most of them suggest to upgrade the Framework to 4.5, Is there any solution for this without upgrading the .Net Framework.
