Problem in saving a file to a server folder

Dear All,

             i have a "File Upload Control" in an asp.net c#. Now i am suppose to save uploaded file in D:\testing and http:\\100.20.10.125\d

path . I used server.mappath() but it gives me an error "Not a valid virtual path". Please any one can help ? It's urgent.
