Creating Drag Functionality with WEB PART

Hi Friends,

I am trying to perform the drag functionality in the web site,

I am copying the code from http://www.beansoftware.com/ASP.NET-Tutorials/Web-Parts.aspx link.

Everything is achievable but i am unable to perform the drag functionality.

The application is showing the warning as 

Message 4 Validation (ASP.Net): Attribute 'Title' is not a valid attribute of element.

Please help me to solve this problem, i really want to achieve the drag functionality.
