I need the clickable divider between left menu and content from msdn

Sorry about the bad subject.

If you look at msdn: http://msdn.microsoft.com/SV-SE/library/wtxbf3hh.aspx

you will see an arrow between the left menu and the content to the right.
Clicking the arrow can make bigger/smaller room for the menu,

I understand that this might be made with css/javascript/jquery, but I gotta start asking somewhere.
