aspx page as modal popup on page load

I do have requirement to open the aspx page as modal popup. Can I set it like removing the tool bar and menu bar on page load. I tried with  multiple options. Nothing works out. Actually, I am calling the aspx page from crystal report.SO I cannot use jquery or javascript from Crystal.I do need to do everything in the page load of aspx page.
