alignment inside gridview

Hi

i want to make alignment inside gridview

Inside  gridview fields are

    job document description

             xxx

           yyyy

           pppp

Now i want to get output as

Job document description: 1 xxx

                                               2 yyyy

                                              3 pppp

inside single  row single column.Please help me to get output
