OLE Objects

My project is using an Access DB (i know) and in one of the tables there is an OLE Object data type.  This field is storing Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook messages.  It's embedded in the database so I don't see a filename or link.  How can I show a link to this?  or an Icon like the native Access form has?
