String was not recognized as a valid Date Time.

Dear Everyone,

I have this kind of problem after deploying my web pages to IIS 7.0

the Save button doesn't seem firing the codes because when I click it nothing happens but when

I check the Javascript console of the web page I am using

it's always getting an Error "String was not recognized as a valid DateTime."
